PSJ verifies statements picked up in the media by two or more sources. In addition, our on-the-ground teams are in direct contact with a network of over 400 individuals who inform them of incidences in their local communities, in real time as reported by witnesses and victims. Therefore, some of the atrocity incidences we report on may not have been picked up by the media, as international media is not paying attention. It often takes days, sometimes weeks, for news of incidents to reach the media. If you are in doubt about any of the numbers we report on, get in touch with us at info@silentslaughternigeria.com.
